How fast will I get my estimate?

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts. You book the cleanings you want, when you want them.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every Sparkler™ is background-checked, and Bubble's Sparkle is licensed and insured. We're a family-owned business and have been cleaning South Florida homes since 2018.
Which areas do you serve?
We clean homes across Palm Beach and Broward counties. Add your address in the estimate form and we'll confirm your area.
What kinds of cleaning do you offer?
Home cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning (weekly, every two weeks or monthly), move-in and move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, and cleaning for communities and managed properties.
How does Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning work?
Tell us about the home and we'll email your cleaning estimate. Once you approve it, we sync calendars and plan each turnover around your reservations.
How do you work with HOAs and property managers?
We start with a free property walkthrough. We see the space, talk through what you need and plan the work together.
What if something was missed?
Let us know within 24 hours with a photo & video, and we'll come back to re-clean that area. Details are in our Terms.
Home cleaning
What's included in a home cleaning?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, top to bottom: surfaces, sinks, fixtures, mirrors and floors, plus trash emptied. Your estimate is made for your home.
How much does a home cleaning cost?

How often can I schedule it?
One time, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly. You can change it later.
What's the difference between home and deep cleaning?
Home cleaning keeps a home fresh. Deep cleaning spends extra time on buildup and details, and is a great first visit before regular home cleaning.

Deep cleaning
When should I book a deep cleaning?
For a first visit, before or after a big event, at the change of seasons, or when it's been a while since the last clean.
How is it different from home cleaning?
A deep cleaning spends extra time on buildup and details. Home cleaning keeps a home fresh once it's there.

Can I switch to regular cleaning after?
Yes. Many clients start with a deep cleaning, then book home cleaning weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly.

Should I start with a deep cleaning?
If it's been a while, a deep cleaning first is a great start. Then recurring visits keep it fresh.
How is it different from home cleaning?
Recurring cleaning is home cleaning on a set schedule, so your home stays fresh without booking each time.

Move-in & move-out
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. The home needs to be empty, with furniture and belongings moved out, so we can reach every shelf, drawer and corner.
When should I book?
As soon as you know your moving date. Add it in the estimate form and we'll plan around it.
How much does a move cleaning cost?

Can landlords or realtors book it?
Yes. Anyone can request an estimate for a home, including landlords, property managers and realtors.
Is it a one-time cleaning?
Yes. If you'd like regular cleaning in your new home after, we can set that up too.
Post-construction
When should I book it?
When the work is finished and the crew is out. Add the date in the estimate form and we'll plan around it.
Do you remove construction debris?
We clean dust and residue. Large debris and leftover materials should be removed by your contractor first.
How much does it cost?

Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. Homeowners, builders and contractors can all request an estimate.
Is it a one-time cleaning?
Yes. If you'd like regular cleaning after you move back in, we can set that up too.
Airbnb & vacation rentals

What kinds of properties do you clean?
HOA common areas, clubhouses and amenities, apartment communities and leasing or management offices.
Do you clean vacant units between tenants?
Yes. We do unit turnovers: the empty unit cleaned top to bottom so it's ready to show and move into. The unit needs to be empty.
How does it start?
With a walkthrough. We visit the property, see the spaces, then email an estimate.
